AFSA 2008 Legislative Leadership Conference Report
Description The spring AFSA 2008 Legislative Leadership Conference held in St. Louis was a resounding success! Conference attendees actively participated in several workshops and gained lifetime skills in connecting with elected officials, organizing a Political Action Committee, and running a local effectively and compliant with applicable laws. AFSA encourages its members to put this new knowledge to work to ensure that public officials support public schools and the education professionals that are held accountable for their performance.
